Price validity

All students who confirm their offer before 31 January 2020 will pay the 2019/20 price as per their existing offer letter.

After 31 January 2020, where tuition fees have increased, all current offers will be reissued and students will receive a new offer with the new 2020/21 pricing.

Confirmation payment

If the application is accepted, a written offer of a place will be made. To accept this offer a confirmation payment is required comprising a non-refundable administration fee of €235 and a €1,000 security deposit are payable. You will also be required to pay full tuition fees before the final application deadline - 1st July (or €10,000 towards tuition fees in the case of applicants applying to Erasmus University Rotterdam). Full details of the amount due will be set out in the individualised payment plan attached to your offer.

Once your student visa has been issued, and before arrival at the Centre, you will be required to pay your accommodation fees (if applicable) directly to our accommodation partner – The Student Hotel. You will be invited to apply for accommodation by our Central Student Support team and although they will advise you when the payment is due, you will receive a payment plan directly from The Student Hotel. Please contact: HollandISC.CSS@studygroup.com if you have any questions. We encourage you to book accommodation as early as possible to avoid missing out on securing a place.

Guardianship

From September 1st 2019, all students under the age of 18 at the start of their course will receive our guardianship service free of charge. A guardian will support you during your time in Holland until you turn 18. More information will be provided after you apply.
