Studying at the International Study Centre in Amsterdam for three terms, you will gain the English skills and grades you need for university. Once you successfully complete your foundation year, and achieve the required academic grades, you can progress to your degree course.

I think the International Study Centre helped me to become more independent because it was my first experience abroad. I learned things that I wasn’t used to back at home. I had to clean for myself, go for the groceries, do laundry, be responsible for my time. It was very important for me. It did also give me the study discipline that I think is required for the Dutch universities.
